Can I place an order by telephone?

You can place an order by telephone 7 days a week by calling our customer service department at 610.584.9696.  You can also place your order via email to dovetailllc@verizon.net or you may place orders online.

What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week and by appointment. Most of our customers request evening appointments, in order to customize their invitations and create an ensemble that suits their style. Please email appointment requests to dovetailllc@verizon.net with date and time of appointment and someone will contact you within one business day.

How do I know if I placed my order successfully?

If you provide us with your email address when you place an order we will send you a message confirming your order within 1 day.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email stating that the order has been shipped. If you did not provide an email address you will not receive notification of shipment.

When will I be billed for my order?

We will bill your credit card when your order is submitted. We make every effort to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days.

What forms of payment does Dovetail, LLC accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Mailed orders may also be accompanied by a personal check, money order or bank check.
